Andes Florists was recommended by a family member who had known Johanna for years. I reached out to Johanna through Andes Florists' Instagram page to set up a consultation for my July 2021 wedding. During the consultation, Johanna patiently spent over an hour to perfectly capture my vision for my wedding flowers. A week after the consultation, Johanna put together a proposal that respected my flower budget that I had mentioned as well as the flowers I had envisioned and discussed. The proposal included pictures and details of each item. A week before the wedding, Johanna and I communicated with each other to update final details and went over the contract to review everything needed. I was also able to meet Claudia that is part of Andes' team. The day of my wedding, Johanna, Claudia, and Andes’ team arrived promptly at the agreed upon time with everything ready to set up. Johanna became a hero the day of the wedding. The venue was unprepared and there was chaos with the cake being delivered to the wrong location. Although this chaos happened, Johanna stepped up and helped coordinate everything that was needed so she would be able to set up and transform the venue with the amazing flower arrangements and gazebo. The team was suppose to decorate my cake with cascading flowers and although it was delivered to the wrong location, Johanna and Claudia waited for the cake to arrive hours later. The cake had holes from the previous wedding location, but they were able to hide any flaws and make it into a beautiful cake. Johanna and her team went above and beyond on my wedding day and I am forever grateful for  all the effort and professionalism exhibited. I will use Andes Florists again in a heart beat for any event and will be recommending them to everyone I know.

Andes Florist was so accommodating when I ordered a gorgeous bouquet for last-minute delivery on Christmas Eve!!! I was out of state and in a crunch to find beautiful flowers for my sister’s Christmas morning engagement and they literally delivered. My family and I will continue to use Andes Florist for our future floral needs :)

Johanna and Claudia are the BEST; their work, customer service, and communication are superb. I could not have gone with a better florist for my wedding. Johanna spent over an hour during the consultation to make sure she understood what I wanted and was very patient with me when I didn’t know what I was looking for. She was very pleasant throughout the whole wedding planning process and she took so much weight off my shoulders by taking care of everything flower related, like delivering, pinning my bridal party and family, and repurposing my flowers from the ceremony and including them at the reception. My arrangements were BEAUTIFUL, even better than I had imagined. I love this place and the next time I need flower arrangements for an event I will definitely return to Andes Flowers.

I am a repeat customer, and Ande's Florist never disappoints! I ordered "Designer's Choice and gave them my budget, and they came out with the most beautiful arrangement for Mother's Day! Feb 15th: Correction, YES VALENTINES Day! lol. But also I've always bought for Mother's Day for at least a few years now, and they are always super stunning!

I am so glad I found Andes Florist! I recently ordered 2 boquets for a funeral service of a beloved family friend. The quality of the flowers and customer service was exceptional. I requested a picture of one bouquet to be sent prior to delivery ( I ordered from out-of-state) and it looked just like the image on the website. It was such a beautiful arrangement. Also, the delivery driver was so kind and waited for a church member to physically receive the bouquets because no one was at the church at the time of delivery. It warmed my heart to learn the driver waited because they simply did not have to. The ordering process was easy and the communication with the florist was pleasant. Please support this small family owned business. They are incredible! I'm already encouraging my local family and friends to consider them for the future floral arrangement needs. They were great to work with. I am not located in California but I wanted to send flowers to a family member in the hospital and they made it easy. They were also able to accommodate my request of not using a glass or ceramic vase, which other florist could not. I am so happy that I used them and the flowers were beautiful.

Amazing customer service! I placed (last minute) an order on a late Friday afternoon for next day delivery. Their inventory was short on the color of roses in the arrangement I wanted, so Andes created a beautiful arrangement blending in roses they did have.

Got the prettiest flower crown & double orchids lei arrangement for my daughter’s college graduation at UCLA. Thank you so much Claudia for the wonderful job. They were absolutely stunning! We got so many compliments about the flowers. They were amazing!!!

Today we saw the beautiful arrangement that you did to honor our Sister in Christ, Barbara. The flowers were gorgeous and exceeded my expectations with all the orchids representing the 11 members of our Bible study group. While at the cemetery, the butterflies loved it - flitting and flighting around in joy. One butterfly landed, which to us represented our friend who was the 12th member of our study, Barbara. There are no coincidences when God is in charge! The jeweled ring that was placed on the leaves was so symbolic of Christ calling his bride home. So grateful for your talent and attention to detail. Claudia from Andes Florist was absolutely amazing! I needed a get well arrangement that was also "cat friendly" - non toxic to cats. Well, Claudia really knows her stuff, and she went above and beyond! She was so helpful, and she even sent me a picture of the arrangement before it was delivered! Andes Florist and Claudia get an A+++++ If all companies used their customer service model, the world would be a happier place. Thank you so much for a job more than well done.
